No, full training will be given prior to a tour commencing and only when your instructor is satisfied will he commence with the tour.
We operate in an extensive area of land, a mixture of forest and open moor, we have a large selection of different tracks, some of which we haven’t even discovered ourselves, so we can guarantee you will be kept active for as long as you wish.
The minimum age is 12 as stipulated by our insurers, we have no maximum age, but due to the nature of riding quad bikes in an off road environment we would stress that participants need to be reasonably fit.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this at the moment, but may look into opening up a separate course in the future.
Every instructor has to pass the BORDA (British Off Road Driving Association) level 1 before they are able to instruct groups, they are also required to hold a current first aid certificate.
We would highly recommend pre booking due to the popularity of quad biking.
Trips can be tailored to your own needs but usually 1.5 to 2 hours.
Quad biking is safe as long as you follow the full instructions and briefing given by our fully trained staff. Safety equipment is also provided.
Full waterproof clothing is provided by us to wear over your normal clothes but is is advisable to wear something that you don’t mind getting muddy plus a pair of boots or sturdy shoes.
